Fedoras are a medium-firm felt hat, with a “dent” in the top and a “pinch” in the front. They have a wide, fairly flat brim, which is the main feature that separates them from the currently popular Trilby with its very narrow, flipped brim, and the frequently firm and pieced or patterned fabric.. The Fedora was immensely popular in the 1940’s and ’50’s. Our Fedora line is brought to you by the good sense of one of our hat-collecting style advisors, who suggested we consider offering them. Thanks, Rick!
